Terms and Conditions and FAQ’s
Does CT Inflatable’s have Insurance?
Yes, CT Inflatable’s is fully insured with liability insurance. To those wishing to be named as additional insured or requesting a certificate of insurance. Additional fee may apply.
How much room do I need?
A 20 x 20 area should be plenty of room for a standard bouncer. Other units will require a bigger area. The area should be level, free of rocks and sticks etc. Any sprinkler system should be shut off.
Who sets up the bounce house?
We set up the bouncer and take it down when we come to pick it up. We ask that if you are done with the unit prior to us arriving and wish to shut down the blower that you leave the unit plugged in. We must inflate the unit before it is removed so that we can inspect and do a preliminary cleaning of the bouncer.
Can a Bounce House be set up indoors?
If local weather is calling for high winds or rain on the day of your reserved bouncer both you and CT Inflatable’s will discuss and decide prior to the bouncer being delivered. If we decide that the bouncer will not be delivered based on the weather your deposit will be refunded or your rental can be changed to another date (your choice). No refunds will be given if the bouncer has been set up or the truck has left the shop in route to deliver it.
What is the policy in case of rain or high winds?
Yes, Our units can be set up inside or outside. You will need to have enough ceiling height to accommodate the unit. You will need at least 16 ½ feet. The units must not be too near any hot lights, vents or any other fire hazard. Customer is responsible to ensure inflatable will fit.
Can a Bounce House be set up on pavement?
Yes, as long as the area is level an free of obstructions. Please let us know ahead of time so we can bring along our tarps and sand bags to anchor the unit.
Can I set up the bouncer near a pool?
No, all units must be set up at a safe distance away from a pool or water front.
Why can’t I pick up the bouncer and set it up myself to cut costs?
Safety is our number one concern. Some companies will allow the home owner to pick up and set up the unit, we do not feel that it is a good idea. Our staff will evaluate the site and ensure that all the connections between the blower and the unit are correct. They will also insure that the unit is secured to the ground correctly.
Will I be required to sign a rental agreement?
Yes, all customers will be required to read and sign a rental agreement that spells out the terms of the rental and contains vital information on the safety and installation of the equipment.
Are there rules or restrictions on deliveries and set up locations?
Yes, We can not push our inflatable’s up steep hills at the delivery or pick up site. If your location has a steep incline or a large hill there may be an extra charge unless you provide the extra man power. It is your responsibility to inform us of any steep inclines at the time the reservation is made. We will not allow our delivery crew to set up in any location that is not listed on your rental agreement or any location that the crew deems unsafe for your rental or the physical safety of the delivery crew and equipment.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund within 30 days of your event or party. If closer than 30 days, full refund only due to weather conditions
